Pre-Order Reservation:
By placing a pre-order, you reserve the item in advance. The product will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of the pre-order. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order.

Shipping:
Pre-ordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, and while we do our best to meet these dates, there can sometimes minor delays.

Order Updates:
We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, or if there are any changes to the estimated shipping date. We will also send you reminders about your pre-order(s)

Cancellations:
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team.

Combined Orders:
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the entire order once all of those items are in our warehouse.
